Application Fee and Refund Policy

Merinan University charges an application fee to cover administrative costs associated with receiving, processing, reviewing, and evaluating applications for admission.

Last updated: August 20, 2026

Non-refundable application fee

Except where otherwise expressly stated by Merinan University or required by applicable law, an application fee becomes non-refundable once an application and its associated payment have been successfully submitted.

This applies regardless of whether the applicant is ultimately admitted, decides not to continue with the application, later chooses not to enroll, submits another application, or changes their intended program of study.

Payment of an application fee does not guarantee admission to Merinan University.

Duplicate or incorrect transactions

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same application or that a payment was processed incorrectly, contact the Admissions Office promptly.

Merinan University may investigate confirmed duplicate transactions, technical payment errors, or other circumstances in which a refund is required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Applicants are encouraged to contact Merinan University before initiating a payment dispute so suspected duplicate charges or payment-processing errors can be investigated.

Submitting a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback may result in the University taking appropriate action concerning the associated application or account, subject to applicable law.
